Main Staff Roles:
Junior Staff — Junior Staff is a staff that is chosen by other staffs from the community. Junior Staffs are also instructed by their superior. Junior Staffs are given specific duties from each individual teams.
Operative Staff — Operative Staff are considered more active and may found useful by community if monitored by superiors.
Senior Staff — A senior staff is a staff that has enough knowledge in staff duties. Senior Staffs commands all staffs, but they are not like dictators. They are promoted as Senior Staff once they have proven their greatest abilities and longest records. Other staffs mostly promoted as Senior Staff if they reached the 6-month period of duty.
Moderators — Moderators are staffs that ensuring the functionality of the main site and obvious enough, deletes pages.
Administrators - Administrators are the highest ranking of the site and they have the authority to edit pages, and to ban people if violating the site rules.
Other Staff Roles:
Superior — Superior is a role given in each staff members. They usually give average staff an instructions of what to do.
Secretary — The Secretary is a person who assist the correspondence, make records, creates specific tasks and to do similar works of another staff.
When making a post:
- Make sure that you use the Staff Post title tag, hyphen and use either Closed or Open. Closed means that it is only for personal conversation and nothing much helpful about it, and Open, meaning you have to help the member by explaining some guide. You can throw some opinions as well.
- Don't put Staff Post tag in this site. We already know that you are a staff.
Voting for Deletions
You can allow vote for deletions as well. The votes are carried out when staff votes -1. This will increase the favor to those who needs or wanted to delete the page. Or +1. Where everyone is against the deletion of the page. Don't delete pages instantly. Doing it so could result a ban. You can delete a page if the author of the article asks you to delete it instantly.
Making new rules or policies
You can make new policies and rules in order for the site to run smoothly. Each policies and rules are being approved by Admins, not Moderators. If you want the policies implemented, ask for approval.
Be open in community.
Make sure you are still open in the community. You can still make articles, and participate in the forums. No one is obligated to stop you to be open in the community.
So, how am I able to become a staff?
You are able to become a staff if you are challenged for skills. You need to help some staffs to their work, but you shall not to do any warnings, acting like a staff, or other things that are similar above.
You can also join directly and if you are ready, you can do your duties.
How am I able to be promoted to another staff roles?
You are only be promoted if you are active enough. If you have some time, you can handle your duties to other staff. Do not worry, we are trustworthy. However, you can be only become a Moderator if you are innocent, civil, and open. We will become a Moderator if you do that.
You can only become an Administrator as well, but we don't know you can be promoted, so find out for yourself.
